Returns

Ariah Gray makes shopping feel as straightforward as shopping a big box retailer—just with better values.

You may return eligible items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is in the same condition it arrived in

  • Tags (if any) are still attached

  • It hasn’t been worn out, washed, altered, or damaged in your care

How returns work

  1. Email [your email] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. I’ll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.

  3. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed.

Unless the return is due to an error on my end (wrong item, missed major flaw, etc.), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Non-returnable items

To keep things fair and sustainable, some items may be marked Final Sale (for example: heavily discounted pieces, certain accessories, or items clearly sold “as is”). These will always be labeled on the product page.

Condition & Secondhand Reality

All Ariah Gray pieces are curated secondhand or vintage.

  • Subtle signs of wear are normal and part of the story.

  • Any notable flaws will be shown in photos and/or mentioned in the description and reflected in the price.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, it is in their care.

  • If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, or it’s stuck in transit, contact the carrier first with your tracking number.

  • Ariah Gray is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages and cannot refund or replace orders in those cases.

Customs or carrier delays are outside of my control, but I’m happy to help you troubleshoot where possible.


International Shipping & Duties (if you offer it)

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • These charges are not collected by Ariah Gray and are non-refundable, even if a package is refused or returned.

If your package has reached your country but is delayed, contact your local postal service or customs office for more info.
