Are all Ariah Gray pieces secondhand or vintage?

Yes. Every piece is secondhand, whether it is modern, vintage, or somewhere in between.

Each item is individually selected for its quality, condition, character, and ability to feel relevant in a modern wardrobe.

How often are new pieces added?

New pieces are added regularly, but there is no fixed restock schedule.

Because Ariah Gray works with vintage and secondhand clothing, most items are one of one and cannot be restocked once they sell. When a piece is gone, it is usually gone for good.

Where are Ariah Gray pieces sourced?

Ariah Gray pieces are sourced through a considered mix of vintage and secondhand channels, private wardrobes, the Donation Program, and community resale relationships.

Regardless of where an item is found, every piece is held to the same standard for quality, condition, wearability, and style before becoming part of the Ariah Gray collection.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated upon invoice based on the weight of your order, your delivery location, and the shipping method selected.

All available options and prices will be shown before your purchase is completed.

Will I be charged customs fees or additional taxes?

Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

Ariah Gray does not currently offer international shipping, so customs or import fees do not apply.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within two to four business days.

Delivery timing depends on your location and selected shipping method, but most domestic orders arrive within four to nine business days of purchase.

Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, provided the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout support delivery to P.O. boxes.

Should there be an issue with the address provided, Ariah Gray will contact you before the order is shipped.

Where can I shop Ariah Gray in person?

Ariah Gray regularly participates in pop-ups, markets, and other in-person events throughout the Seattle area.

Upcoming events will be shared on the Ariah Gray website, Instagram, Tiktok, and email list. Because inventory rotates, the selection available at each event may vary.

Can I shop Ariah Gray online?

Online shopping is coming soon to ariahgray.com.

In the meantime, select pieces may be available through Ariah Gray’s resale platforms, including Depop, Grailed, Poshmark, and Vinted.

Availability may differ between platforms, and not every piece will appear everywhere.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and other supported payment options.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Contact gisela@ariahgray.com with your order number as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address or request another change.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been packed or shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

An order may be canceled and refunded if the request is received before it has been packed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. It may still be eligible for return in accordance with the Ariah Gray Return Policy.

Are gift cards available?

Digital gift cards will be available through the Ariah Gray website and delivered by email.

Gift cards may be used toward eligible products and services purchased directly through ariahgray.com.

Where can I find my receipt or invoice?

Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt and includes the details of your purchase.
